Sound systems CTA1 and CTA2
Depending on the furniture size, you have a choice of a one module system (CTA1) or a four module system (CTA2) with a proportionately bigger sound stage. Both systems incorporate the following technical components:
- speaker unit with built-in subwoofer and a digital surround receiver (amplifier with an integrated RDS tuner/radio).
- support Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic II, DTS and Stereo
- digital multichannel power amp with 350 watts
- loudspeaker impedance: 4 ohm
- frequency range: 30 Hz to 24 kHz
- inputs: 4 x digital, 2 x analog
- learnable remote control
Subwoofer integration
A benefit of flaps with fabric covering: front loud speakers and subwoofers can be concealed in the furniture and operated from there.
Infrared link system
With the Spectral infrared link system you can operate up to 8 audio and video devices while the furniture flaps or doors are closed. Functionality: The infrared-eye is placed outside the furniture. It receives the signal of your remote control, and forwards it as an electrical signal to the infrared-module, which is located at the inner side of the furniture. Through an infrared transmitter the module retransforms the electrical signal into a infrared signal and passes it to the audio/video device. Watch demo video …
Remote control
Do you have five different remote controls? That is precisely four too many.
DVD player, Sat receiver, television, amplifier, tuner: if you want to enjoy home
entertainment from a traditional separates based system from your sofa, you’ll
usually have your hands full with several different remotes. Thanks to the new
Spectral Universal remote control this chaotic situation is now history. Having
programmed it once, you can control all your A/V devices – even behind closed
flaps when using the infrared link system.
How does Virtual Surround Sound work?
With virtual surround sound of Spectral (CTA1, CTA2, BRA1, CLA1),
a single speaker unit incorporates the left speaker, the right speaker and the subwoofer (2.1). With the help of advanced sound processing, your ear perceives a surround effect without the need for five speakers and a subwoofer, as you would have with a conventional 5.1 surround system. With the Dolby SRS technology no walls or other reflective surfaces are needed.
